You change your mind
Within the first 14-day after receiving your product you can return any undamaged/unused goods for a full refund.
You are though responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
A problem with the product and our 100% satisfaction guarantee
If the product is damaged on arrival, let us know and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
If within the first 60 days after receiving the product you are unhappy with the product for any reason, let us know and we will find a solution that makes you happy.
Lost orders
For orders lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to send a replacement order on your behalf.
